Chanel has lived in the Valley for most of her life & grew up in the Durango area when she was younger. She graduated from Grand Junction High School & received her bachelor’s in Mass Communications, Public Relations, & Advertising from CMU. Along with being a Realtor covering Mesa County she also is the owner of CEC Appraisals, LLC.
Chanel lives in Palisade with her husband & children & loves calling Palisade “Home!” She is also serving on the Board of Directors for the Palisade Chamber of Commerce!
In her free time Chanel loves to go out with her family & friends to enjoy all the food, wines & beverages at local wineries & breweries in town. You can also find her at home with her kids playing yard games, rooting for the Denver Broncos or soaking up the sun & views of Mt Garfield with her fur babies.
