Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the coordination, planning, marketing and execution of member and community events, ensuring smooth and successful operations.
- Actively participate in fundraising efforts by establishing and maintaining relationships with vendors, venues, and sponsors.
- Help develop and establish processes that enhance efficiency, ensure compliance, and maintain consistency across all events and activities.
- Observe safety, security, and logistical procedures, and provide suggestions to supervisor and committees for efficiency based on experience and education.
- Employ sound fiscal controls and work within budget constraints to ensure financial integrity of events.
- Collaborate with immediate supervisor, Chamber Staff, Town staff, planning committees and partner organizations to execute larger events, ensuring successful outcomes.
- Promote Palisade tourism through event programming, outreach, and partnerships.
- Help manage and coordinate volunteers, ensuring their effective involvement in Chamber activities and events.
- Attend regular sales and staff meetings, as available, to contribute to ongoing planning and strategy discussions.
- Demonstrate ethical behavior, treating people with respect, keeping commitments, inspiring the trust of others, and working with integrity in all interactions.

- Proficient in MS Office and Google Workspace
- Experience with Canva & Adobe a plus
