Join us Thursday, August 20 from 5:00–7:30 PM at Carboy Winnery for a special evening featuring Haykin Family Ciders! Meet owners & cider-makers Daniel and Talia Haykin as they guide us through a curated tasting of their Colorado ciders, including Wickson, Redlove, Yarlington Mill, and Ice Cider or Pommeau. Enjoy a welcome pour of Carboy Grand Blanc de Blanc, a behind-the-scenes look at our Charmat System, and a delicious charcuterie spread to pair with the tasting. Spots are Limited to 42 guests.
