Description
March's History Talk is Legends of the Grand Mesa, the Community in Motion Film and Video created by Grand Valley Magazine in 2015 about the myths and legends surrounding Grand Mesa including the iconic Thunderbird. The Palisade Historical Society's Monthly History Talks are the second Thursday of the month at the historic Palisade Gymnasium/Auditorium, known as the Palisade Community Gym, at 711 Iowa Avenue. The talk will begin at 6 p.m. on Thursday, March 12th at the Palisade Community Gym, but feel free to come early to socialize! This program is open to the public to learn more about Palisade's unique history in a relaxed environment. No reservations are needed. Admission is free, and donations are appreciated. As food and beverages will not be available for purchase on site, people can bring their own to the program. We hope to see you there!
