Fruita -- Team Time Trial -- Saturday, April 20, 9 am
11.6-mile team time trial on rolling farm roads north of Fruita.
Following the collegiate team time trial will be an individual open class time trial
Grand Junction -- Downtown Criterium at Night -- Saturday, April 20, 4 pm
0.8-mile flat loop with wide and narrow corners and includes winding through Main Street. The race begins on White Avenue at Fourth Street to Fifth Street to Rood Avenue to Sixth Street to Main Street to Third Street and back to Fourth on White. These streets will be closed to vehicular traffic during the races.
Palisade -- Road Race -- Sunday, April 21, 9 am
20.5-mile course begins with a parade lap around downtown Palisade. Riders will then proceed across the Colorado River and head uphill along the Fruit and Wine Byway.

Maverick Classic Bike Race
Description
More than 300 cyclists from the western United States converge in Grand Junction for the three-race Maverick Classic, which is the Rocky Mountain Collegiate Cycling Conference Championship. The three-race event takes the riders through Fruita, Grand Junction and Palisade.
