Description
Please join the Colorado Wildlands Project for an evening of wine, food, and community to celebrate the Dolores River and our efforts to protect this landscape as a National Monument. This launch party is for Unaweep White, a collaborative wine label with Sauvage Spectrum Winery and the Colorado Wildlands Project. Proceeds from this event and label supports the protection of local public lands and designation of the Dolores Canyons National Monument. Date: April 13th Time: 6pm to 8pm Location: Sauvage Spectrum Winery, 676 38 ¼ Road, Palisade, CO Event Cost: Free This event is part of the Protect the Dolores Campaign, an effort to designate a National Monument in the Dolores Canyons in Mesa and Montrose Counties. This event will give community members the opportunity to show their support for permanent protections on the Dolores River Canyon Country, while enjoying wine, food, and conversation. Come for the wine, stay for the community! It’s going to be an entertaining evening at a great location and we hope to see you there! This event is free and family friendly. This is a unique opportunity to learn more about the Dolores River and its importance to our community through locally crafted wine and conversations with campaign leadership.
