Ever wondered what it’s like to be a winemaker for the night? Welcome to the Carboy Custom Blending Lab—a hands-on, high-end wine experience with just the right touch of fun.
Hosted by James, Carboy Owner & Sparkling Wine Producer, and Barbie, Manager & Sommelier, this immersive three-hour lab invites you to swirl, taste, experiment, and ultimately create a wine that’s entirely your own.
Come solo or bring a partner in blending—either way, you’ll leave with bottles that tell your story.
? The Experience
You’ll begin with a guided tasting of three white wines and three red wines, each chosen to highlight different elements of structure, aroma, and balance. With expert guidance (and plenty of encouragement to play), you’ll explore how small adjustments can transform a wine.
From there, it’s your moment to shine.
- Craft a final blend of your choice: white, red, or rosé
- Fine-tune it until it perfectly matches your palate
- Bottle and cork your wine on-site
You’ll then customize a Carboy-designed label, filling in your wine’s name, grape blend, date, and your name(s)—because great wine deserves great credit.
At the end of the evening, you’ll take home six bottles of your custom-blended wine to enjoy, share, or proudly show off.
