Fruit & Wine Real Estate

I am local realtor Tammy Craig. I am a native Grand Valley resident and have always lived in Colorado. I did my time away during the early years in Denver and then in Grand County where we raised our children. I was a librarian before going into business for myself in 1996.  In 2004 I became a Realtor, working for Fruit and Wine Real Estate, and purchased the business in 2007. This business is never boring. Each transaction has troubleshooting needs and people skills and I found all my previous job skills come into play. After 14 years serving Palisade and the Grand Valley in my Real Estate Practice, the following fact is clear to me… Each transaction deals with a huge chunk, if not all, of a clients financial well being. I keep this in mind always and strive to make each real estate transaction as smooth as possible from start to finish.
