About Us
Fruit & Wine Real Estate opened in 2004 with a desk in the Palisade Chamber office. The formation of Fruit & Wine was due in part to participating in a large East Orchard Mesa purchase and Mesa Land Trust partnership. Fran Stecker had the vision, and in 2007 Tammy Craig purchased the business from Fran. F&W moved to the old train depot/peach coop by Peach Street Distillers on Kluge. We did business there for many years. In 2010 the Twisted Brick Art Gallery and Studios invited F&W to share office space with them. It was a perfect fit. In 2012 the Twisted Brick Studio closed, and the space was rented to another business. When that business moved, Fruit & Wine took over the space, and Craig Gallery was born within the Fruit & Wine office walls in 2016. The combination of art exhibitions and real estate is a great match.
Fruit & Wine has extensive historical knowledge of real estate on the East end of the valley. It has been fascinating to watch the changes over the last 15 years. Our realtors strive to create a small-town experience for our clients with a personal boutique real estate office touch.
