Administrative Coordinator


Part-Time Office & Event Administrative Support
$14-$18/hour based on experience

Job Responsibilities:
  • Marketing & social media support
  • Utilize Canva, Google My Business and Google Workspace, MetaBusiness, Quickbooks and other software platforms as needed.
  • Assist with event planning
  • Accounts receivable
  • Accounts payable
  • Provides administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office
  • Supports membership engagement by providing information, educational opportunities, and experiential growth opportunities.
  • Maintains supplies inventory by checking stock to determine inventory level, anticipating needed supplies, placing and expediting orders for supplies.
  • Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
  • Carries out administrative duties such as filing, typing, copying, scanning etc.
