- Marketing & social media support
- Utilize Canva, Google My Business and Google Workspace, MetaBusiness, Quickbooks and other software platforms as needed.
- Assist with event planning
- Accounts receivable
- Accounts payable
- Provides administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office
- Supports membership engagement by providing information, educational opportunities, and experiential growth opportunities.
- Maintains supplies inventory by checking stock to determine inventory level, anticipating needed supplies, placing and expediting orders for supplies.
- Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
- Carries out administrative duties such as filing, typing, copying, scanning etc.
