DESCRIPTION:We invite you to rejoin the Rural Workforce Initiative as we enter the next phase of our work to strengthen the talent pipeline across rural Mesa County.\n\nMoving forward\, this initiative will be intentionally employer led and demand driven. Our focus will be listening directly to rural employers\, identifying shared workforce challenges\, recognizing gaps in critical positions and skills\, and bringing the right education\, workforce\, and community partners to the table to develop sustainable solutions.\n\nThrough the Talent Pipeline Management (TPM) we will begin using a more structured approach to understand employer demand\, identify where talent is coming from\, strengthen career pathways\, and better align workforce resources with the needs of businesses in Palisade\, Fruita\, De Beque\, Collbran\, and surrounding rural communities.\n\nWhether you represent business\, education\, workforce development\, or a community partner\, your perspective and participation will be important as we work together to build a stronger rural workforce pipeline.
