DESCRIPTION:Celebrate the season at Palisade's Winter Faire & Marketplace on Saturday\, December 7th\, from 10 AM to 4 PM. This festive event will feature local vendors offering arts\, crafts\, and regional products\, along with family activities. Vendor spots are limited\, so register early! \n\nThe Winter Faire & Marketplace is a juried event\, with priority given to members of the Palisade Chamber of Commerce and Local Artisans who have submitted complete applications. Nonprofit Chamber members and sponsors are welcome to apply for limited information booths by contacting the chamber office directly. DO NOT COMPLETE THIS APPLICATION IF YOU WILL NOT BE SELLING GOODS. To aid in the selection process\, please submit a detailed description and photos of your booth and items.\n\n\nAdditional Information:\n\nBooths\n\nBooth sizes are listed with fees. Electricity is available for perimeter booths on a first-come\, first-served basis. Vendors are responsible for providing all necessary booth items\, including tables\, chairs\, and decorations.\n\nFood Vendors\n\nA Colorado Health Department Food Service License/ID is required to serve the public. In order to participate as a food vendor at Palisade's 2024 Winter Faire & Marketplace you must be an Approved Food Vendor through Mesa County and a copy of your 2024 Certificate must be displayed in your booth. Health inspectors will be on-site during the event.\n\nProof of Insurance\n\nAll vendors must provide proof of insurance\, listing the Palisade Chamber of Commerce as an additional insured.\n\nSet-Up & Tear-Down\n\nSet-up is scheduled for Saturday\, December 7th\, between 8:00 AM and 9:30 AM. Tear-down will occur between 4:00 PM and 5:15 PM. Please do not tear-down early. The marketplace opens promptly at 10:00 AM\, and all vendors must be signed in and ready by that time. Late arrivals will not be allowed.\n\nRelease\n\nBy participating\, vendors agree to waive any rights to photos or images taken during the 2024 Palisade Winter Faire & Marketplace.\n\nSales Tax\n\nVendors are responsible for paying applicable sales taxes to the State of Colorado. The Palisade Chamber of Commerce and other entities will not collect sales taxes on behalf of vendors. Vendor information will be reported to the Colorado Department of Revenue. For Profit Businesses must submit a State of Colorado Sales Tax License with their application for consideration of acceptance. Tax Exempt businesses must submit their State of Colorado Tax Exempt Certificate with their application for consideration.\n\nBusiness License\n\nParticipants must hold a Town of Palisade Business License to do business within the Town of Palisade. Applicants who do not currently have a license to do business within the Town of Palisade must complete this form and submit to the Town of Palisade to receive their business license. Fee for a one time event is $10.
